Return and Refund Policy

We aim to get everything right first time,.. everytime. But mistakes, though rare, are unfortunately a reality of life. Its how its dealt with that really matters. A mistake is only a mistake if its not put right. And that is exactly our policy.

We will accept the return and refund, or a replacement of any item delivered damaged, in-complete or not as described.
We will accept the return of any SOLD AS SEEN product if the images provided obscure, hides or mis-represents the product.
We will accept returns if a customer changes there mind. A full refund will be given upon the full and safe return of the item at the customers expense
