             DISPATCH

• We always aim to process and dispatch goods at the time of purchase, and post at the first collection opportunity. But at busy times the dispatch time can be up to 24 hours.
• In addition to the above, items that require a in house house process such as silver or gold plating, then again an additional time period may be needed. We do however aim to have at least one pack of each in stock.
• All items, unless otherwise specified are shipped free.
• Orders under the amount of £11.99 are not fully tracked. An additional charge of £0.90 will be incurred if items under £11.99 require tracking. This can be purchased additionally at the bottom of the products list. 
•  Royal Mail 2nd Class shipping is used on orders below the amount of £11.99
• In the event a parcel has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch ( UK ) then a replacement shall be sent which shall including a return envelope to be used if and when the original item arrives.
• In the event that a replacement can not be issued, for example because the item is a one off, then a full refund shall be issued after 10 working days.
• Much of our stock is vintage. The vast majority of the vintage stock is brand new in the sense that it has been reclaimed from storage as un-sold, un-used or circulated stock. This enables beautiful unique items to be offered to the buyer. However small scuffs and marks can be a downside and is a simple possibility of the product. At your request we will happily send further images prior to purchase. 
• All measurement's are aimed to be plus of minus 0.5 mm.
• Measurements of irregular shapes are often described as " to the longest point ". This means the longest measurement possible from two points. If only one measurement is given for several different items, for example a set, then this will usually mean the largest item.
